Once a canvas is ready you can share it read-only for others to view, or publish it to the Community showcase. This chapter covers both.

Share a read-only link

Click Share in the canvas top bar to generate a read-only link (/shared/a-token). The Access setting in the dialog toggles:

• Public: anyone with the link can view the canvas (no sign-in needed), but only view, not edit;
• Only me: turn Public off and the link stops working for others.

Sharing only grants read-only viewing, never edit access.

Publish to Community

Click Publish to send a work to the Community showcase; you fill in:

• A cover image and/or video (at least one; upload locally or pick from your generation history);
• Title and description (required);
• Activity tag, contest track, social link (optional);
• The Public canvas switch: on (default) lets others click Fork project on your work's detail page to copy the canvas and keep creating; off keeps the work on display but blocks copying;
• The Open-source canvas switch: on additionally publishes a forkable open-source snapshot, with a license of your choice;
• The compliance authorization checkbox (required).

View the process and fork

After publishing, anyone (including signed-out visitors) can click View process on the work's detail page to browse the full node structure read-only, no sign-in required; only clicking Fork project to copy it into their own account for editing requires signing in.
