Rulers can set up bounties that let other players in the region contribute resources and squads to speed up construction. This type of collaboration will create a much closer relationship between rulers and citizens. 

Requirements and Resources: Construction Process Details

Aspiring builders, take note: there are prerequisites to meet before launching a new construction project. These requirements include the City Hall level, the current Population, City Order, and overall Prosperity. Most construction funds come from the City Coffer, but Rulers have the option to supplement from their personal inventories if the coffer runs dry. And brace yourselves: these projects are long-term commitments, often taking days to complete.

The Golden Carrot: Incentive and Contribution Mechanics

Time is of the essence, and Rulers can use gold to trigger special "Construction Incentive Bounties." There’s a limit to how much a project can be accelerated—it caps at a % of the original time. How much you can speed things up depends on the amount of gold invested, which translates into contribution points. Just remember, each player has a daily limit on how many points they can contribute.
